The "Staufer Loop" Trail
The photo was taken during the "The Staufer Loop" hike.
The Staufer Loop Lion Trail between Göppingen and Wäschenbeuren impressively connects the historic Staufer sites of the Hohenstaufen ruins and Wäschenbeuren Castle. Along the way, you'll be repeatedly surprised by breathtaking views, mystical river and forest valleys, and traces of the Staufer era.
It is one of the most beautiful, interesting and varied hikes near my hometown.

Diane Keaton ist tot – Hollywood verliert eine seiner charmantesten Ikonen
Und schon wieder müssen wir uns von einem Menschen verabschieden, der mich in meinem bisherigen Leben cineastisch und medial begleitet hat.
Diane Keaton gehörte noch zu den Schauspielerinnen, denen man eine gewisse Aura des "alten" Hollywood anmerken konnte. Ihr Auftreten, ihre Rollen und ihr Stil halfen das Frauenbild der Filmindustrie positiv zu verändern. Für sie gab es auch jenseits ihrer 40er noch Rollen, die sie mit Persönlichkeit perfekt ausfüllte.
Den ersten Film mit Diane Keaton den ich sah, war "Der Stadtneurotiker" von Woody Allen Ende der 70er Jahre. Und ich weiß heute noch, dass ich beeindruckt war von ihrer Rolle. Die gefühlte Normalität der Beziehungskrise gepaar mit der besonderen Ausstrahlung des Menschen, bzw. der Schauspielerin weckte bei mir ein nachhaltiges Interesse an dieser Ausnahmekünstlerin. Und so habe ich wohl alle ihre weiteren Werke mit interesse und Begeisterung verfolgt.
Einer meiner Lieblingsfilme mit ihr "The First Wives Club", der mich jedesmal wieder bestens unterhält und zum Lachen bringt. Und genau so versuche ich Diane Keaton in Erinnerung zu behalten!
