Visiting the Josephine Sculpture Park was a great way to break up the road trip and spend a few hours walking through beautiful scenery while admiring the diverse artworks.
I was completely alone the entire time. There wasn't another visitor in sight.
I highly recommend a visit!
"Josephine Sculpture Park (JSP) is FREE and open every day from dawn until dusk. JSP exhibits 70+ artworks by artists from across the world, across 40-acres of reclaimed farmland, with something new to see every season. Artists on exhibition include Chakaia Boker, Boaz Vaadia, Peyton Scott Russell, Heather Hart, Celine Browning, Wayne Potratz, Jack Gron, Andrew Marsh among many more."
I've also added some photos from Lawrenceburg, as it was practically part of this trip.

Oliver Wnuk - Besser wird's nicht

Mal wieder ohne zu wissen, was auf mich zukommt, kaufte ich diesmal Tickets für Oliver Wnuk und sein Programm „Besser wird’s nicht“ im Renitenz-Theater in Stuttgart.
Erst nach dem Kauf der Karten beschäftigte ich mich ausführlicher mit dem Schauspieler, den ich vor allem aus der TV-Serie „Nord Nord Mord“ kannte. Sympathisch fand ich ihn immer in der Rolle des Kommissar Feldmann. Sehr viel mehr Infos hatte ich aber nicht.
Und so ging ich ohne große Erwartungen ins Renitenz und meine Neugierde stieg minütlich. Vor allem, als ich mitbekam, dass das Theater tatsächlich ausverkauft war.
Pünktlich um 20Uhr betrat Oliver Wnuk die Bühne. Gekleidet in einem edlen und doch sportlichen Anzug und bei einer spärlichen Bühnenausstattung, zeigte er sofort eine beeindruckende Präsenz und er schaffte es augenblicklich, sein Publikum mit direkter Ansprache und ständigem Augenkontakt in seine Geschichten hineinzuziehen.

The resort is located on plain of the St. Mary's River, between the Rockies and the Purcell Mountains near Cranbrook, British Columbia.
