Die Fotografie ist meine größte Leidenschaft!
Schon in analogen Zeiten liebte ich es, die Welt mit meinen Augen durch den Sucher zu betrachten und meinen eigenen Focus zu gestalten.
Die Fotografie lehrte mich, Dinge zu sehen, die ich im Normalfall übersehen würde. Und sie erweiterte meine Vorstellungskraft auf so vielen Ebenen.
Mein Arbeitsgerät ist eine Nikon Zfc und eine Nikon D7200. Und die Zeit, die ich früher in der Dunkelkammer verbrachte, sitze ich nun vor dem PC und entwickle meine RAW-Dateien mit Affinity Photo. Zum Archivieren nutze ich Flickr.

Anna Maria Island, is a barrier island on the coast of Manatee County, Florida, in the United States. It is bounded on the west by the Gulf of Mexico, on the south by Longboat Pass (which separates it from Longboat Key), on the east by Anna Maria Sound, and on the north by Tampa Bay. Anna Maria Island is approximately 7 miles (11 km) long north to south.
It is a true paradise. Breathtaking, miles-long beaches, colorful houses and countless ways to pass the time.
And even though I'm not a beach person, I always enjoy coming back to this place.
Unfortunately, it gets more crowded and more expensive every year. And during the season it's unbearable! Out of season, the beaches are usually empty and the risk of being run over by a golf cart is much lower.
I can really recommend every visitor to Florida to explore this fantastically beautiful place.

Photographed on a wonderful, short hike on Whit Monday from Fellbach to Stuttgart-Untertürkheim over the Kappelberg.
Beautiful vineyards and beautiful nature at the gates of Stuttgart. It was a nice trip.

In this photo series I show three sights at once.
If you drive along Hwy 98 and 19 south towards Tampa on the west coast of Florida, you will pass many great sights.
The town of Chrystal River should not be ignored. Many springs and countless water accesses reward you. Hunter Springs Park is particularly worth a visit.
Further south you come to the Aripeka Sandhills Preserve. A beautiful lake surrounded by rocks and plants. Something very unusual for this area.
And then you come to Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park. A great place to go kayaking and explore the unique landscape of South Florida.

As an employee, trade unionist and democrat, it is my duty and a beautiful tradition to take to the streets on Labor Day.
And this time too it was a colorful and peaceful rally! Unfortunately, the DGB didn't want a demonstration in the city. But fortunately the Verdi union quickly applied for one. It was very short, but absolutely necessary. There really isn't a Labor Day without a march!
The German police again had no sense of proportion! Their appearance and their extremely ridiculous number was scandalous again. That alone showed how important it is to stand up for democracy, peace and justice!
Of course there were riots on the sidelines. But who provoked this is not certain. The police or the black bloc. I think I know.
