Located about 14 miles south of Florida's capital Tallahassee, Wakulla Springs attracts guests with one of the largest and deepest freshwater springs in the world.
You can explore a beautiful and impressive landscape and observe a variety of animals. Including, of course, alligators and manatees.
A wonderful place to take in the typical south of the USA.
A visit is particularly recommended outside of the main season.
I've been to this place several times and I'm still as fascinated as I was the first time.
By the way, some Hollywood films were also filmed here. However, before the digital film era.

Wenn man Crawfordville in Florida in Richtung Süden verlässt, kommt man bald zur Harvey's Ford Truck Collection. Man findet diesen Autofriedhof auf der rechten Seite. Aber man muss schon die Augen offen halten.
Man findet dort eine tolle Sammlung alter, verrosteter Autos der Marke Ford. Teilweise wunderbar überwachsen stehen sie auf einer Lichtung im Wald.
Auch wenn die Lichtverhältnisse nicht gerade toll waren, es machte einen riesigen Spass, die Auto-Wracks zu fotografieren.
Übrigens, hier wurden auch einige Hollywoodfilme gedreht. Allerdings vor der digitalen Film-Ära.
